WHY GO IT ALONE WHEN I CAN BE YOUR WING WOMAN?

There are no accidents…so WELCOME…I’m delighted you are here:

Hi, I’m Rose.  A Coach Training Alliance, (CTA) Certified Professional Life Coach, an (ICF) International Coach Federation globally recognized accreditation program, with five years of experience.  I am dedicated to helping you harmonize your energy, reset your stories, discover your most authentic self, and redefine your life’s purpose.  Whether you seek coaching for your personal life, professional or both, the results of life coaching have been known to boost one’s self-love, mojo and success.

Consider me your Wing-Woman.  Your Soul Concierge.  Your “Help My Happy” Advocate

My vision quest started over 25 years ago.  Graduating with a BA in Communications Liberal Arts from Rowan University, I still had no idea what I wanted to be, but loved and aced all my psychology and human development classes.  Being in service by helping others felt right, but I still didn’t have an exact clue what that could be at such a young age.  After working in advertising in Red Bank, New Jersey, my dream of performing launched. My confidence and creativity, years of training and endurance paved the way for professional acting in numerous National Network TV commercials and radio voice-overs for almost a decade, for many international brands including Progresso Soup, Abreva, Brachs, Jello Pudding, Jennifer Convertibles, Quickbooks, just to name a few. I performed all over New York City with a musical sketch comedy troupe, The JAKES, honed my craft as a Method actress in regional theatre and debuted in several one-woman cabaret shows at Don’t Tell Mamma’ on Restaurant Row in the Broadway district. Performing stand-up comedy around the tri-state areas biggest clubs Gotham, Catch A Rising Star, Carolines and The Stress Factory would also teach me the skills I needed to feel out an audience and understand timing. Performing is alive and strengthened my already-strong emotional intelligence. Having empathy and understanding people, relationships and the universal themes in performance art transfers to real life.  Guiding clients from the depression of their past and the anxiety of their future into the real here and now requires expert timing.   Not all coaches and therapists have this skill set, but I am excellent at timing.

Being interested in behavioral science was the impetus for my journey. There were many moments when a whisper grew louder, beckoning me closer to my highest calling.  But that would come later after working for Business Week Magazine’s Strategic Planning and Development team. It was a great learning experience and over the course of 3 years, I gained new knowledge about the dynamics of business and moreover, learned so much more about the behavior of people in the workplace.  Professional success for example, is directly linked to how much peace, belonging and satisfaction a person has obtained in their private life as well as whether or not they are passionate about their work. Everyone is born to achieve.

From reading books like Caroline Myss‘s Anatomy Of The Spirit and Energy Anatomy, to Iyanla Vanzant‘s One Day My Soul Just Opened Up, to applying concepts learned in Gary Zukav‘s Seat of the Soul, Eckhart Tolle‘s The Power of Now and Bijan‘s Effortless Prosperity, and taking numerous workshops every year, I devour as much as I can. All the while, fiercely expanding my knowledge base in various aspects of the human experience and spiritual evolution. From taking a 21 day course through Mindvalley Academy with Conversations With God author, Neale Donald Walsch’s AWAKEN THE SPECIES,  to attending an intensive professional workshop about past life regression by Many Lives, Many Masters author and psychiatrist Brian Weiss.  I have been actively studying the human mind, human behavior and human patterning for over 25 years.  From attending numerous TED Talk presentations that focused on the theme of Science, Identity and Personal Transformation, to actively participating in numerous Maryann Williamson, A Course In Miracles workshops, to taking A Radical Wholeness seminar taught by Philip Shepard that demonstrates the power of engaging the body to release the mind. Graduating three levels of training classes with The Landmark Forum including its Introductory Program, Advanced Course and Self-Expression and Leadership Program over the course of a year was when the seed for coaching was planted.  I experienced many personal breakthroughs in the program and the pieces of the puzzle began to synchronize and fall into place.  I launched into life coaching by teaching The Law Of Attraction at a Peace Power Poetry workshop that I customized for female inmates at The Edna Mahan Correctional Facility.  That experience was a game changer.  From there I began teaching Confidence & Camaraderie classes at the Millstone Township School District.  Motivating primary and elementary school-aged children then lead me to actively coach at women’s groups, home parties and business events, as well as volunteering my coaching time at events like Oprah’s, The Life You Want weekend in Newark, NJ.

Along the way, I worked as a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish New Jersey Chapter.  I was responsible for producing wishes that included shopping sprees, meet-and-greets with celebrities, Disney vacations and trips such as scuba diving or gem-mining all over the world. Inside the halls of that beautiful castle, I discovered that directly connecting with the children and their families, who were vulnerable and who had suffered so much already, was my joy.  My juice.  I was finally closer to my calling. I loved helping the parents feel safe by comforting them.  And being warm and humorous with the kids, going above and beyond with the wish details was very gratifying.  It was very easy for me to connect to their most vulnerable energy and I knew precisely how to trigger their joy.  I distinctly remember holding a little five year old Wish Child, wearing an oxygen back-pack, as she made her wish with eyes tightly shut. HOPE was very much alive in that moment, and this was simultaneously the turning point for me. I decided to take my part-time work as a Life Coach and expand, thus began practicing full-time in central New Jersey. My dream was always to be a guiding force for people of all ages. To help them find their way back to their most authentic self and feel peaceful and happy. And it didn’t take long for referrals to start coming in. Within just a very short time, I was able to turn a handful of clients into a full-time coaching business. And since moving to New York City almost 2 years ago, my successful practice has transformed into a booming word-of-mouth venture.  Businesses hire me to come in on their “slow day” so they can increase their foot traffic and sales as well as have me coach Team Building for their employees.

POP-UP Life Coaching is how I give back to my community.  Whether I’m up on the Williamsburg Bridge, in the middle of Central Park or set up with my portable table and stools on Bedford Avenue, smack dab in the middle of Brooklyn. No matter where I go, people in NYC find their way to me.  Like in Field of Dreams “build it and they will come” mine is more like, “pop up and they’ll arrive!”  I also teach workshops at the Brooklyn waterfront in Bushwick Inlet Park. A majority of my business is in the metro NY area but because I also coach via phone, FaceTime or Skype, my reach has connected me to clients from as far as California and even Germany.  Wherever you are, I am ready and available to help you.

I have infused my practice with knowledge and tools learned from my college courses, coach training, performance training and professional work experience.  And my life experience as a mom of three teenage daughters makes me bullet-proof. There is no secret you have or fear so big that I can’t help you.  Bring it on.  I don’t ever flinch.  I am the youngest daughter of five children and understand family dynamics.  I am the wife of my high school sweetheart, and we’ve been through it all together for 31 years.  I am still connected to all of my very close high school and college friends from 25+ years ago. My commitment to consistency makes it so that my practice is a safe and soft place for clients to land and let down.  I have been attending workshops and training sessions for years and continuing education never stops.  I love to learn! I am inspired by the best master teachers that are making a big difference around the globe. From Byron Katie to Tony Robbins. Whatever I find practical, I use.  This, mixed with my own creative tools, makes for a unique and lasting Life Coaching experience that inspires my clients to focus their intention and have the audacity to change. Whether you are straight, gay, cis, trans, old, middle-aged, young, orthodox, spiritual, secular, brown, beige, or green, I will connect with you however you show up.  I’m an equal-opportunity transformational teacher and healer through the practice of professional Life Coaching. I am here to help you answer your call to greatness, so that you may have an unlimited rendezvous with people, places and things that exhilarate you.

How can my path and experience best serve you?
